How do I return an item?

Return Policy (Standard & Special):
Our standard return policy for most products is 30 days from the date of shipment. In certain situations, a product may have a special return policy which can be found on the product information page. Please call if you would like clarification for an item’s return policy.

Return Shipping:
Satilla Medical Supplies will pay shipping charges for replacement of defective items only.

RMA (Return Material Authorization):
All returns of non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any return without an RMA may not be accepted and may be returned at the customer's expense.

Defective Items:
All defective items must be confirmed defective with Satilla Medical Supplies. We may, at our option, send you a replacement or issue an RMA for a return.

Special Ordered Items:
Special order items are non-returnable. This included customized items with special color, size or alteration.

Refused Shipment:
All shipments refused without prior approval will be subject to a 25% restock fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Requirements for Returned Items:

  • An RMA number is Required.
  • All returns must be undamaged and in original factory packaging.
  • Refused shipments without our authorization are subject to a 25% restock fee.
  • Except in the case of authorized returns of defective products, customer is responsible for return shipping.
